An 8” Chef Knife made with 1/8” 80Crv2 high carbon steel

The Prime Light features a food safe blackened finish

The handle is a full tang construction with yellow G10 and carbon fiber pins, for high durability and minimal maintenance

With the full flat grind, spine and choil areas have been beveled to remove any sharp corners to maximize comfort for extended use

Please note, due to the nature of carbon steel, the knife must be wiped down between uses and thoroughly dried after handwashing to avoid any rust/corrosion to develop. We recommend soft sponges to hand wash our blackened knives. Abrasive scrubbing will remove the finish quickly, over time
