An 8” Chef Knife made with 1/8” 80Crv2 high carbon steel

The Prime Light features a bright machine finish that will develop a beautiful patina (discoloration that forms when in contact with food)

The handle is a full tang construction with black G10 and brass pins, for high durability and minimal maintenance

With the full flat grind, the spine and choil areas have been beveled to remove any sharp corners to maximize comfort for extended use

Please note, due to the nature of carbon steel, the knife must be wiped down between uses and thoroughly dried after handwashing to avoid any rust/corrosion to develop. We recommend soft sponges to hand wash our knives. Abrasive scrubbing will create minor scuffs to the finish of the blade
